Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil engineering projects including building construction, renovations, and facility improvements.
Conduct site inspections to assess structural conditions and identify maintenance or repair requirements.
Monitor contractor performance to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project schedules.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Production, Engineering, EHS, Utility, and Maintenance teams during project execution.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for buildings, roads, drainage systems, and other plant infrastructure.
Requirements
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience in civil engineering, construction, facility management, or infrastructure projects. Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Understanding of construction methods, project management, and contractor supervision.
Familiar with occupational health and safety (OHS/K3) standards in construction projects.
Willing to work at a manufacturing plant and conduct field/site inspections.
