- Design and Planning: Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) and modeling software to create structural blueprints and technical specifications.
- Feasibility Studies & Analysis: Analyzing survey reports, maps, soil characteristics, and topographical data to assess project risks and potential impacts.
- Project Management & Budgeting: Preparing cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment; developing project schedules; and managing resources to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
- Site Inspection & Supervision: Visiting construction sites to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and verify adherence to safety standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring projects meet local, state, and federal zoning laws, environmental regulations, and building codes.
- Collaboration & Communication: Liaising with clients, architects, contractors, and government officials to discuss project plans and resolve design problems
- Report to PTVI supervisor in day-to-day basis and in coordination with SMEC HQ & onsite technical and project management team
