Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and calculate civil structures for operational and project requirements.
• Review and validate engineering designs, drawings, and BOQ calculations from consultants and vendors.
• Prepare and issue civil engineering drawings for project execution.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs for plant facilities, machinery, and equipment.
• Monitor plant, equipment, and maintenance performance to ensure compliance with design specifications and operational standards.
• Plan, control, and optimize maintenance schedules to maximize equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Support maintenance budgeting, cost control, and spare parts inventory management.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and spare parts usage.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth maintenance activities and minimize operational disruptions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including TPM implementation and adoption of best maintenance practices.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Have a minimum 3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permit.
• Experience with AutoCAD and other civil drawing software.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills.
