Civil Development Staff

What Will You Do:

• Monitor project progress and prepare reports to ensure work meets schedule and budget.
• Produce basic design concepts and drawings using CAD/BIM.
• Perform structural calculations for building safety.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, measurements, and inspections.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory); other software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of civil standards, structural calculations, construction materials, and site methods.
• Knowledge of ME & Plumbing works.
• Able to read technical drawings and construction details.
• Capable of basic 3D modeling.
• Understand building functionality and design fundamentals.
• Good teamwork skills.
