Job Description:

• Design layout building 2D/3D & act as building structure analyst using specific tools (CAD/ETABS/SAP2000/Midas)
• Conduct construction permit building such as SLF/PBG as per legal requirement
• Conduct response spectrum analysis or equivalent lateral force method in accordance with SNI 1726:2019
• Organize on-site resources and subcontractor to ensure a strict Permit to Work protocol to maintain safety
• Keep on project on track by monitoring construction schedule and able to provide estimation cost budget (BOQ/RAB estimator) while assist on cost optimization
• Deliver a structured weekly report to stakeholders to ensure operational visibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering or Building Technology or other related field
• Minimum 1-2 year experience in similar position
• Certified with AK3 Umum, AK3 Konstruksi and/or TKBT Level 1/2
• Experience with CSMS is additional point
• Intermediate in English (written & speaking) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding and able to implement AI usage on daily task such as reporting, dashboard, agent AI, etc.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

This is a longstanding scam used by criminal groups. This scam has affected job seekers looking for work from many reputable companies and organizations.

In order to prevent from recruitment scams:

1. Don't respond to unsolicited offers from people you don't know

2. Don't disclose personal or financial information to anyone you don't know

3. Check for grammatical or spelling errors in the document as these are often a warning sign of fraud

4. Beware of employers or agents using webmail email addresses such as @Yahoo @Hotmail or other free webmail domains

5. If you are asked for anything from a recruiter on behalf of us, please contact the local police as this is most likely a scam.
