Role Description

This is a on-site Civil and Structural Engineer role based in Kelapa Gading. The Civil and Structural Engineer will design and review building and helipad structures, perform structural analysis, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. Responsibilities include preparing engineering drawings and calculations, prepare shop drawing, coordinating with fabrication and installation teams, and monitoring structural performance and safety during construction. The role also involves collaborating with project managers, supervisor, and vendors, resolving technical issues on-site, and supporting quality assurance and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills to plan and develop safe, efficient structural solutions.
• Structural Engineering and Structural Analysis skills to assess loads, stability, and performance of building and helipad structures.
• Project Management skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders throughout the construction process.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with structural design and analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD, or similar) and CAD tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities for on-site coordination.
• Experience in fabrication, installation, or construction of steel structures or helipads is an advantage.
