- Plan, execute, and monitor day-to-day operations, including driver acquisition management, driver engagement strategies, and inventory control
- Monitor and enforce operational standards and compliance benchmarks within the designated city territory
- Extract actionable insights by analyzing operational data, performance trends, user surveys, and localized market intelligence
- Manage cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency metrics to successfully deliver on regional target benchmarks
- Support the Area Lead and Regional teams in seamlessly rolling out new product initiatives and feature updates across the city
- Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in operations, preferably at a supervisory level within a multinational company
- Strong functional proficiency in supply and demand planning, control frameworks, and operations mapping
- Advanced data processing capabilities, with the ability to extract insights from Excel/Spreadsheets and translate them into professional presentations or slide decks
- Strong business proficiency in written and verbal English
- Excellent analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills to manage complex operational challenges
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage with driver communities and de-escalate mass conflicts.
