Job Description:

Accountable to plan, execute for day-to-day operations monitoring including: driver acquisition management, driver engagement management and inventory management etc.
Monitor ops standard in the city
Extract insights from data, trends, survey and market intelligence
Manage cost effectiveness/efficiency and deliver targets
Support Area Lead and Regional to roll out product initiatives in the City.

Requirements:

At least 3 years experience in operations, preferably minimum at the supervisor level from Multi National Company.
Having strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills with data processing.
Bachelor Graduate from any major.
Having good understanding about supply & demand planning and control.
Having good communication skills, good attention to detail, and easy to engage with community.
Able to create creative solutions and initiative toward operation issues and empower relevant team to execute properly.
Able to handle communication in community or mass conflict.
Proficiency in English (written).
Able to process the data from excel / spreadsheet and create on slide/PPT.
Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in the face of challenging situations.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Applicants must possess a comprehensive understanding of the region they will be responsible for.
