City Manager - Kalimantan

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve regional sales targets (ST, SO) and core KPIs.
2. Expand offline outlet coverage and optimize channel layout.
3. Manage regional inventory & PSI to avoid overstock/out-of-stock.
4. Standardize retail store display and boost conversion rate.
5. Drive revenue growth of core customers/key stores.
6. Recruit, manage and train regional supervisor/shopping guide teams.
7. Maintain stable customer relationships and resolve cooperation issues.

Requirements

1. ≥5 years of sales experience, with a proven track of meeting targets.
2. Consumer electronics background required; mobile phone industry experience preferred.
3. Retail store management experience (traditional family-owned store experience a plus).
4. Proficient in English (working language for communication/reports).
5. Familiar with Indonesian regional market and offline channels.
6. Strong team management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
7. Able to travel regionally frequently; proactive and result-oriented.
