Key Responsibilities
Job purpose is to work within a Global Infrastructure Monitoring team.
You will provide responsive, professional and competent technical support and maintenance of infrastructure monitoring systems for NTT DATA Business Solutions Datacenters and customer systems. You will be part of a team with focus on establishing global high-quality service delivered in line with global standards, compliances and SLA expectation.
- Concentrating for evaluation & operational business activities focusing on Data Analytics services.
- Managing Splunk Enterprise environment incl. Splunk instances, indexer and search head clusters, forwarders in on-premises Splunk deployment.
- Maintaining and designing Splunk architecture.
- Collaborating with other global technical teams supporting our Splunk Enterprise implementations.
- Supporting in defining internal data analytics standards.
- Developing and maintaining Splunk apps, dashboards and integrating Splunk with a wide range of data sources or technologies.
- Playing a key role in debugging/ troubleshooting technical issues and system performance optimization.
- Adherence of the organization's policies, standards, and operating procedures

- Understanding of ITIL Framework.
- Ability to perform scripting tasks (Bash, PowerShell, Python, Ansible).
- SQL knowledge.
- Experience in Splunk system administration and analytical skills.
- Understanding of Rest API, GIT would be added value
- Experience in Linux/Windows Operating Systems administration including i.e. vim and syslog, regular expressions.
- Strong spectrum of knowledge about data analytics/automation toolset (optional i.e. MS Power BI, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Ansible).
- Learners mindset, ability to quickly learn new technologies for integration with Splunk and general understanding of networks, IPv4, virtualization, storage, databases.
- Strong command in English, experience in international collaboration and good communication skills.
- Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect or Admin would be an asset.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Shift: regular business hours + on-call support
- Willing to work in Cyberjaya
- Able to travel if required
