Cinema Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cinema Supervisor located in Samarinda. The Cinema Supervisor will oversee daily cinema operations, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless functioning. Responsibilities include staff management, handling customer inquiries, maintaining the cinema environment, managing ticket sales and concessions, and ensuring overall safety and compliance with policies. Additionally, the supervisor will coordinate scheduling, facilitate staff training, and contribute to promotional activities and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in staff management and customer service
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
• Knowledge of cinema operations and audiovisual technology is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Samarinda
• Relevant educational background or experience in a supervisory or managerial role
