What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities
This is a seasonal role running September through May each year (subject to adjustment).
Location: Chesterfield, VA | Seasonal Role: September – May

What You'll Do
As Head Coach, you will oversee all aspects of our nationally competitive post-grad program. From developing top-tier talent on the court to mentoring high-character individuals off it, you'll play a key role in building champions in life and sports.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all coaching, training, and development efforts for the post-grad team
- Design and implement competitive practice plans and game strategies
- Assist student-athletes in the college recruiting process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college coaches nationwide
- Plan competitive schedules, team travel, and logistics
- Identify and recruit high-potential student-athletes
- Foster a team culture rooted in leadership, discipline, and accountability
- Mentor athletes academically, socially, and emotionally
- Assist with fundraising initiatives and community engagement
- Manage program budget and administrative responsibilities
- Demonstrate professionalism and strong communication at all times
- Proven coaching experience at the post-grad or collegiate level
- Deep understanding of the game of basketball and player development
- Passion for helping athletes grow on and off the court
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills
- Ability to build and grow a nationally ranked program
- Familiarity with recruitment, scouting, and program operations
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Committed to fostering diversity, inclusion, and team culture
