We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Yoga Teacher to join our teaching faculty. We are looking for someone who is passionate about yoga education, committed to high teaching standards, and experienced in delivering transformational Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) programs.

The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, solutions-oriented, and deeply aligned with mindful and purpose-driven work.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver engaging in-person and online yoga classes, including sessions within 200Hr and 300Hr Yoga Teacher Training programs.
  • Teach both theoretical and practical modules according to the HYTT curriculum.
  • Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, assessments, and student progress tracking tools.
  • Evaluate students, provide constructive feedback, and support their learning journey.
  • Collaborate in faculty meetings to ensure curriculum consistency and high-quality learning outcomes.
  • Support the integration and alignment of teaching standards between House of OM China and Bali.
  • Maintain a professional, supportive, and safe learning environment for all students.

  • Requirements :

    • Certified Yoga Teacher with a minimum of RYT-200; RYT-300/500 preferred.
    • Proven experience teaching both in-person and online, particularly within YTT 200Hr/300Hr programs.
    • Strong understanding of the HYTT curriculum.
    • Experience creating structured teaching materials and assessments.
    • Strong ability to assess students and provide meaningful feedback.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
    • Team-oriented, professional, and aligned with House of OM's mission and values.
