Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chinese Teacher role based in Gading Serpong, Tangerang. The Chinese Teacher will plan and deliver engaging Mandarin language lessons, using appropriate teaching methods and materials for different age groups and proficiency levels. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to support individual learning needs. The role involves maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment, collaborating with other educators, and participating in curriculum development and school activities. The Chinese Teacher will also use relevant educational technology and follow Little Skoolz's academic standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Chinese Teaching and Teaching skills, with proven experience delivering Mandarin language instruction.
• Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education skills to design structured, learner-centered lessons.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage learners, collaborate with colleagues, and interact with caregivers or guardians.
• Candidates should ideally have proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and a good command of English for classroom and team communication.
• Candidates should preferably hold a degree or diploma in Education, Chinese Language, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent teaching certification.
• Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with educational technology, classroom management, and culturally responsive teaching practices.
• Previous experience teaching in a preschool is an advantage.
