Job Description

Requirements:

Minimum D3/S1 in any field (preferably Chinese Studies, Business, or related)
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) — minimum HSK 4
Good command of English is a plus
Minimum 1 year experience in similar role (fresh graduates with strong Mandarin skills are welcome to apply)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptable, fast learner, and able to work under pressure
Willing to be placed in Taman Anggrek, West Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the owner in daily operational and administrative tasks

- Act as interpreter/translator (Mandarin–Indonesian/English) in meetings, calls, and business correspondence

- Coordinate and follow up with internal teams, vendors, and business partners on behalf of the owner

- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as needed

- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

- Accompany the owner to business meetings when required
