Importa Group is seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Supply Chain & Logistics to lead and transform our national end-to-end supply chain operations.
This role is instrumental in driving operational excellence across global sourcing, import management, warehouse & distribution optimization, and digital supply chain integration.
As part of the executive leadership team, you will play a critical role in building a scalable, cost-efficient, and resilient supply chain infrastructure to support the Group's long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead national supply chain strategy, planning & forecasting in collaboration with Buyer and Finance teams
- Oversee global sourcing & international import management
- Optimize nationwide distribution network & warehouse operations
- Establish and strengthen SOP, forecasting framework, and inventory governance
- Drive digital supply chain transformation (ERP/WMS integration)
- Manage import operations including freight forwarding, negotiation, shipment planning & cost control
- Implement logistics risk management & operational resilience strategies
- Supervise sourcing and production flow from China
- Lead cost transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, including leadership of multi-site national operations
- Strong exposure in import and international freight management
- Proven experience in cost transformation & operational excellence initiatives
- Strategic leadership mindset with strong analytical decision-making capability
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced business environment
