As ourChief of Staff (Social Media), you'll work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to turn creative chaos into consistent success.
You'll ensure that our talents, partnerships, and internal teams hit their KPIs and that we're making the right strategic moves to grow sustainably.
You'll need to understand how the influencer ecosystem works from brand briefs and deliverables to social metrics, content cycles, and platform trends (TikTok, Shopee Live, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

2. You understandhow creators, brands, and campaigns work together from pitch to delivery to performance reporting.
3. Excellent at connecting creative goals with measurable outcomes.
4. Strong organizational and analytical skills; comfortable managing both spreadsheets and storyboards.
5. Confident communicator who can adapt between strategic and creative discussions.
6. Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to bring order and momentum in a fast-changing environment.
