We are seeking a visionary Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead our medical strategy, ensure the highest standards of healthcare quality, and drive clinical development in alignment with the organization's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop medical and clinical strategies aligned with the company's goals
- Ensure excellence in healthcare quality, patient safety, and compliance with national and international regulations
- Supervise and provide guidance to physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals
- Establish and monitor clinical performance indicators to continuously improve service quality
- Develop training and professional development programs for medical staff
- Provide strategic input to the executive management on medical innovations and investments
Requirements:
- Medical Doctor (specialist preferred) with extensive clinical experience; additional qualifications in healthcare management are a strong plus
- Minimum 15 years of professional medical experience, including at least 7 years in senior leadership roles
- In-depth knowledge of hospital accreditation, healthcare regulations, and international best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives
