Chief Medical, Nursing & Quality

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and governance for medical, nursing, and quality functions, ensuring alignment with the Hospital's vision, business strategy, and long-term objectives.Establish and integrate clinical governance, medical and nursing standards, quality improvement, and patient safety systems to ensure consistent, high-quality care across all hospitals.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, Ministry of Health policies, and accreditation standards (KARS/JCI/ACHS).
• Oversee medical and nursing workforce governance, including credentialing, privileging, competency development, performance management, and leadership development.
• Partner with the Board of Directors,Hospital Directors, and clinical leaders to drive strategic planning, operational alignment, service development, and organizational transformation.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report Group-level clinical quality, patient safety, and risk indicators, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions.
• Represent the Group in clinical, nursing, and quality matters with regulators, accreditation bodies, professional associations, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Hospital Administration (MARS) or any relevant areas.
• 10–15 years of hospital experience, including senior management or director-level roles in medical, nursing, and/or quality functions.
• Strong expertise in hospital management, clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership, decision-making, and change management capabilities.
• Proven experience engaging with the Board of Directors and external stakeholders.
