Adecco is partnering with a fast-growing consumer healthcare and multi-branch service business currently undergoing an exciting expansion and transformation phase in Indonesia. As the business continues to scale, they are seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded leader to spearhead growth initiatives, strengthen commercial performance, and build a more scalable revenue engine across the organization.

Role Summary

The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will play a critical leadership role in driving overall business growth, customer acquisition, revenue optimization, and branch-level commercial performance across the organization. This role requires a highly strategic yet hands-on leader who can integrate growth, marketing, partnerships, customer lifecycle, and commercial initiatives into one cohesive strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to improve profitability, strengthen customer retention, and develop scalable growth playbooks that support the company's next phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute company-wide growth strategies across online and offline channels to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Build scalable commercial and growth playbooks to improve branch-level performance and operational consistency across multiple locations.
  • Drive pricing optimization, customer retention, membership initiatives, and customer lifecycle strategies to strengthen long-term profitability.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on commercial KPIs including revenue growth, customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROI, branch performance, and customer retention metrics.
  • Lead growth experimentation initiatives by identifying new opportunities, testing commercial strategies, and scaling successful initiatives based on measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, partnerships, marketing, and leadership to align business priorities and commercial objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer trends, and competitive insights to continuously refine commercial and growth strategies.
  • Support expansion initiatives by ensuring scalable and sustainable commercial execution across new and existing business locations.

Key Requirements

  • 8–15 years of experience in growth, commercial, marketing, revenue, or business leadership roles within consumer-facing or multi-branch businesses.
  • Proven track record in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and commercial performance improvements.
  • Strong exposure to consumer healthcare, wellness, beauty, fitness, hospitality, retail, lifestyle, or other service-driven industries.
  • Strong business acumen with exposure to P&L management, profitability optimization, and branch-level commercial performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced and evolving business environments.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging insights to drive commercial decisions and growth initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable building processes and structures within scaling organizations.
