Adecco is currently representing a diversified business group in its search for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be based in South Sumatra.
This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced finance executive to oversee the organization's overall financial management, governance, and business performance while partnering closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the company's financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions, growth initiatives, and operational excellence.
- Oversee finance, accounting, treasury, tax, internal controls, compliance, and risk management functions.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, capital allocation, financing activities, and banking relationships to optimize financial performance and liquidity.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with applicable regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Drive financial transformation, process improvements, and operational efficiencies across the organization.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, business opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance organization capable of supporting the company's growth objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master's Degree and/or professional certifications (CPA, CA, ACCA, CFA, MBA) will be an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Audit, or related functions, including significant leadership experience in a senior finance role such as CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance.
- Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, treasury, cash flow management, corporate finance, taxation, financial reporting, governance, and risk management.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership and driving strategic business initiatives.
- Proven track record in finance transformation, process improvement, and building high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Willing to be based in Palembang.
