Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join a large, diversified Indonesian group with significant manufacturing operations. Based in Jakarta, the role requires regular travel (approximately one week per month) to operational facilities

The CFO will have overall responsibility for the Group's financial strategy, performance, and governance, with a strong hands-on focus on costing, funding, and taxation within a highly leveraged environment

About the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position:

• Lead all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, costing, and financial reporting
• Drive robust manufacturing cost control and margin improvement initiatives
• Manage funding structures and liquidity, maintaining strong relationships with local and international banks
• Oversee tax planning, compliance, and risk management across the Group
• Support strategic decision-making, capital investments, and business growth initiatives
• Ensure strong financial governance, controls, and compliance with local regulations

The successful candidate will be a proven CFO with 15+ years of relevant experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial businesses

Skill and experience needed:

• Deep expertise in costing, funding, and taxation
• Demonstrated experience managing highly leveraged balance sheets
• Strong banking and external stakeholder relationships
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (CPA/CA/MBA preferred)
• Comfortable operating in a complex, multi-site environment with frequent travel
