The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy
- Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory, and regulatory requirements
- Manage internal and external audits
- Identify and manage financial risks
- Provide financial oversight for business contracts and strategic initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounting team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation regulations
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- CFO Training / CPA / CA / CFA certification is a plus
