Chief Financial Officer

We are currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who possesses a founder's mindset, a visionary outlook, and the courage to face real business challenges—not just a traditional accountant sitting comfortably behind a desk.

1. Corporate Architecture Building: Restructuring, organizing, and auditing the company's entire financial framework from a partnership/retail model into an investor-ready, transparent corporate entity (PT).
2. Valuation & Capital Strategy: Leading fundraising initiatives, designing financial models based on real asset valuation vs. perceived value, and structuring the strategic roadmap toward IPO/Exit Strategy.
3. Navigating Economic Storms: Demonstrating ironclad mental resilience in managing cash flow through macroeconomic volatility and real-world agricultural/hospitality operational dynamics. You are not just a reporter of profit and loss, but a builder of survival and growth scenarios.
4. Governance & Professionalism: Upgrading and establishing financial management systems, leading a competent finance team integrated with field operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & MINDSET:

• 5–10+ years of senior financial management experience (Finance Director/CFO), preferably from agritech, FMCG, or manufacturing/hospitality corporations.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) are a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of Indonesian corporate law, taxation, and capital market regulations (OJK/BEI) in preparation for an IPO.
• Non-negotiable: An owner's mindset, the courage to speak truth with hard data, the ability to thrive under high-pressure environments, and unquestionable integrity.
• Hands-on readiness—willing to dive into field operations rather than just reviewing spreadsheets from a desk.
