We are seeking an experienced Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead the finance department of the company. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall financial management of the company, including financial planning, risk management, financial reporting, and ensuring transparency and compliance with applicable regulations.

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage the finance team in executing financial, accounting, and reporting functions.
• Develop long-term and short-term financial strategies to support the company's growth and sustainability.
• Oversee budgeting processes and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Manage cash flow, tax management, and financial risks for the company.
• Prepare accurate, timely financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and tax laws.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and financial institutions.
• Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to management for better decision-making.
• Manage and ensure the effectiveness of internal controls across the company's financial functions

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications in finance are preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior managerial position.
• Proven experience in managing finance teams, strategic planning, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and applicable regulations.
• Ability to provide in-depth analysis and strategic recommendations based on financial data.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage change and implement new initiatives to support company goals.
