Chief Financial Officer - BSD City

We are partnering with a large, well-established Indonesian business to appoint a Chief Financial Officer to be based in the BSD area of Greater Jakarta. Reporting to the CEO, you would play a central part in shaping the company's financial strategy and long-term growth

About the CFO opportunity:

The CFO will lead a large finance team and act as a key advisor to the executive team and board, with a strong focus on corporate finance, investment strategy, and M&A activity

• Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO, contributing to overall corporate strategy and decision-making
• Drive corporate finance initiatives, including capital structuring, funding, and financial planning
• Oversee M&A activity end-to-end, including target assessment, transaction execution, and post-merger integration
• Ensure robust financial governance, controls, reporting, and compliance
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and advisors

The successful candidate will be a proven CFO within a large, complex organization, and have a strong background in corporate finance, investments, and M&A

Skills and experience needed:

• Degree qualified, with an additional CPA or MBA certification (desirable)
• Minimum of 15-years of relevant experience, including 5-years as a Finance Director or CFO
• Demonstrated experience leading large finance teams
• Commercially minded, strategic, and comfortable operating at board level
