Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site/ hybrid role for a Chief Financial Officer based in Jakarta. The Chief Financial Officer will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting while ensuring regulatory compliance and aligning financial strategies with company goals. Key responsibilities include managing financial risks, monitoring financial performance, developing investment strategies, fund raising and fostering relationships with investors and stakeholders. This role requires effective leadership to manage financial teams and provide strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budget management, fund raising and financial analysis
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Proven leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills
• Experience in investment strategy, stakeholder engagement, and risk management
• Prior experience in E-Commerce, Fintech, Crypto, Web3 or FMCG would be advantageous

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; CPA or MBA is preferred
• Familiarity with the renewable energy sector and experience in startups is a plus
