Chief Commercial Officer

The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at PT CLIK is responsible for driving the company's overall commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion. This role oversees sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success, and pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with PT CLIK's business objectives, digital solutions portfolio, and long-term growth plans.

The CCO will play a critical role in scaling the company's commercial operations, strengthening client relationships, and positioning PT CLIK as a trusted partner in data-driven and technology-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's commercial and revenue strategy
• Lead sales and marketing teams to achieve growth targets
• Build and maintain strategic customer and partner relationships
• Oversee pricing, pipeline, and major deal negotiations
• Ensure strong customer retention and satisfaction
• Collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or business leadership
• Proven track record in B2B or technology-driven environments
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia preferred
