Job Description

Our client is a leading technology and digital infrastructure organization. We have been retained to identify a new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join their Executive Leadership Team and serve as a member of the Board of Directors

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for developing and executing the company's commercial strategy, leading revenue growth initiatives, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring the organization maintains a competitive position within the market

About the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) - Technology position:

The successful candidate will oversee all commercial functions, including sales, business development, strategic partnerships, and account management

  • Define and execute the company's long-term commercial strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth across existing and emerging markets
  • Lead and develop high-performing commercial, sales, and business development teams
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and strategic investments
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with enterprise customers, government stakeholders, investors, and industry partners
  • Provide commercial insight and strategic guidance at Board level
  • Represent the organization externally with key stakeholders, industry forums, and strategic partners

Skills and experience needed:

We are seeking an accomplished executive with a proven track record of leading large-scale commercial operations within the technology sector

  • Minimum 20 years of progressive commercial leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success in driving substantial revenue growth and market expansion
  • Previous experience operating at Executive Committee or Board level
  • Strong understanding of technology markets, digital transformation, and enterprise customer ecosystems
  • Experience managing large, geographically diverse commercial teams
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic partnerships and complex commercial agreements
