Our client is expanding its manufacturing operations by establishing a new plywood production facility in Central Java, Indonesia, and is currently looking for experienced professionals to join their senior management team for the following positions:

Chief Accountant (Finance Director)

Location: Central Java, Indonesia
We are looking for experienced leaders with a strong background in manufacturing, preferably in plywood or wood-based manufacturing, with a proven track record in managing plant operations, production, manufacturing performance, people, and business strategy.

Ideal Candidates Should Have:
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- Proven track record in manufacturing and/or plant operations
- Strong understanding of production processes and operational excellence
- Experience in plywood or related wood-based industries is highly preferred
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Willingness to be based in Central Java
