Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Heavy Combination (HC) Van Driver to safely transport chicks for PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk in the Baturiti region. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and secure delivery of our livestock.
Job Responsibilities**
- Operate heavy combination (HC) vans safely and efficiently for the transportation of chicks.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company regulations, and animal welfare guidelines during transport.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any defects or maintenance needs promptly.
- Load and unload chicks carefully, ensuring their well-being and minimizing stress.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, farm managers, and other team members.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
- Handle unexpected situations on the road professionally and safely.
Job Qualifications**
- Valid Heavy Combination (HC) driver's license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a heavy vehicle driver, preferably in livestock transportation.
- Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to the Baturiti area.
