We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor with a strong background in chemical raw material sales to chemical plants. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supervising the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage and expand customer base, focusing on chemical plants and industrial clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Provide technical knowledge and product recommendations to clients.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to reach performance goals.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience in chemical raw material sales to chemical plants or related industries.
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of chemical products and industrial applications.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field is preferred.
