Job Description

  • Prepare, cook, and present Indian speciality dishes according to established recipes and standards, while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned section.
  • Support Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning and development of Indian dishes, ensuring compliance with food safety and HACCP standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients for the section as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Chef de Partie in Indian cuisine, with strong knowledge of spices, techniques, and cooking methods (tandoor, curry, biryani, etc.)
  • Culinary certificate or diploma
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
