Job Description

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation of the crew galley and prepare all crew meals according to company menus.
  • Ensure crew satisfaction with food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Adhere to company safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a CDP Chef/Senior CDP in an upscale setting (hotel, resort, cruise ship).
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Computer proficiency in programs like Excel, Word, and potentially culinary software.

  • Operational Effectiveness: Ensure food availability, adhere to USPH standards, collaborate with Head Waiter, maintain equipment, suggest improvements, and ensure galley cleanliness.
  • Leadership: Take ownership, inspire the team, address challenges transparently, foster teamwork, and build trust.
  • Modern Luxury: Embody brand standards, evaluate team, communicate professionally, project positive energy, and develop team through authenticity and care.
  • Talent: Provide feedback, identify talent, and contribute to crew member development.
