Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of RASA restaurant, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences through high-quality food and outstanding service
- Create, develop, and implement innovative menus that highlight unique flavors and culinary techniques
- Maintain quality control and consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff, providing leadership, training, and support to foster a cohesive and motivated team
- Ensure kitchen operations adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices in food storage and handling
- Monitor food costs, labor costs, and inventory, while working to remain within budgetary constraints
- Collaborate with front-of-house and management teams to optimize service and enhance guest satisfaction
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and make improvements to the dining experience
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Having experience in handling an all-day dining concept
- Exceptional expertise in menu development and a strong understanding of various culinary trends
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse kitchen team
- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing food costs and controlling budgets
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, HACCP certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining elevated culinary standards
- A degree in Culinary Arts or a related discipline is highly preferred
