  • Analyze chatbot transcripts to identify issues and propose improvements.
  • Coordinate and monitor sentiment surveys across countries.
  • Evaluate chatbot features against global competitors and identify improvement areas.
  • Classify historical chat data to build a structured Q&A repository.
  • Label datasets with relevant tags (intent, sentiment, etc.) for machine learning use.
  • Assist in compiling requirements, coordinating rollouts, and collecting post-launch feedback.

Requirements

  • Strong research skills, especially in analyzing external platforms and competitors
  • Ability to transform unstructured data into clear, actionable insights
  • Proficient in data analysis, quality assurance, and competitive benchmarking
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
