Our first brand 'Somethinc was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop short- and long-term sales strategies based on market insights.
• Lead budgeting and performance planning across all channels.
• Plan pricing and promotional strategies (consumer & trade).
• Analyze channel performance and propose growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align commercial plans.
• Provide data-driven insights and sales performance reports.
• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience handling Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT).
• Strong knowledge of Brand Management and Advertising.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digitally savvy.
• Basic design skills (Photoshop/Illustrator) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity, initiative, and creativity in generating new ideas.
• Process- and result-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Able to work effectively both independently and in a team.
