Responsibilities
Sales and Business development
- Approach, develop, engage, maintain relationship and generate revenue from Panel builders / System Integrator/Retailer
New project collaboration and management
- Follow up new project created by our Spec Manager and ensure winning %
- Monitor Project PO, response time, delivery time and after sales by collaborating with respective distributor
Partner development and management
- Conflict Management (PRM), Internal reporting (Order Booking & Sales turnover, M+3 Forecast, Stock Analysis, Strategy & Action Plan)
- Develop our partner / distributor in product knowledge, technical expertise and relationship management to support the market
QUALICATIONS
- Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years experience in sales or marketing related electrical engineering field
- Ability to read and understand single line diagram
- Ability to develop, execute and monitor channel program (collaborate with marketing team)
- Knowledge in electrical engineering is advantageous
