Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients;
- Develop and manage channel partners who are willing to sell the products and solutions by the instruction from headquarter;
- Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners to build business;
- Set and exceed quotas;
- Promote the Company branding with distributor and partners together;
- Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation;
- Provide proposals, quotations and pricings to partners;
- Educate clients to conduct product demonstrations;
- Develop profitable business model based on market trends and competitor activity;
- Implement sales programs for product positioning and promotions;
- Conduct business review with partners and recommend improvements;
- Collect and analyze competitors market information;
- Fulfill and act on verbal and/or written assignments, tasks, instructions and orders of supervisors;
- Track and report sales in organized manner;
- Communicate effectively with other members of team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree;
- At least 3-5 years of ICT product channel sales experience;
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Familiar with Indonesian ICT channel market(Switch, Router, Server, WLAN and etc) strong resources of ICT channel customers;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
- Ability to travel in order to do business;
- Familiar with HPE/Aruba, DELL, Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Inspur, TPLINK, ipTIME or other Indonesian ICT brand's channel business is preferred;
Fluent language as English or Chinese is preferred.
