  • Own and achieve sales targets across distributor and indirect channels.
  • Manage distributor performance, including coverage, order frequency, stock availability, and sell-out execution.
  • Develop and execute channel-specific sales strategies to grow demand and improve market penetration.
  • Drive alignment on pricing, promotions, and trade programs with distributors and internal teams.
  • Identify underperforming areas and implement corrective actions to improve results.
  • Build strong working relationships with distributors and key channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights to management.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 46 years of experience in channel sales, distributor management, or indirect sales, preferably in FMCG, tobacco, vape, or consumer goods.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through distributors.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and execution skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
