Channel Sales Representative East Central Java (Jakarta-based)

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Channel Sales Representative to lead and grow our commercial presence across East Java and Central Java. This role is based in Jakartaand will focus on expanding our partner ecosystem, driving sales performance, and strengthening both our premium product portfolio and Made in Indonesia offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance Management Monitor and drive Sell-Through (ST) and Sell-Out (SO) performance across East and Central Java to meet regional targets.
  • Channel Development Identify, recruit, and develop new System Integrator (SI) Commercial Partners to enhance the channel ecosystem and coverage.
  • Premium Portfolio Growth Accelerate the adoption and sales of premium product lines within the assigned territory.
  • Local Product Advocacy Promote and expand the reach of Made in Indonesia products, aligning with national initiatives and customer preferences.

Requirements

Education Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 57 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management within the IT or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a multi-partner ecosystem.

Technical Business Skills

  • Strong understanding of channel sales models, including Sell-Through (ST) and Sell-Out (SO) performance management.
  • Familiarity with System Integrator (SI) business operations and commercial partner development.
  • Knowledge of premium product positioning and strategies to drive adoption.
  • Ability to advocate for local product initiatives and align with government or national programs.

Core Competencies

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating across teams.

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel extensively across East Java and Central Java.
  • Based in Jakarta, with flexibility to manage regional operations.
