Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and resellers
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market coverage
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners
  • Provide training, enablement, and resources to ensure partner success
  • Monitor partner performance, pipeline, and sales targets regularly
  • Support partners with marketing campaigns, co-selling, and lead generation
  • Resolve conflicts, address partner concerns, and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and partner feedback to inform strategy
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic channel initiatives and performance incentives
  • Maximize revenue and market penetration through channel partners
  • Ensure partners are motivated, capable, and aligned with company objectives
  • Strengthen the company's presence in the market via effective partner programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Information Technology, or other related field
  • Experience in partnerships, channel management, sales, or business development
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to build partnerships and collaborate with external partners
  • Good presentation and coordination skills
  • Basic understanding or interest in technology, cybersecurity, or IT solutions
  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
  • Ability to analyze partner performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work in a dynamic environment
