The Business Development Associate is a flexible part-time role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with a hybrid work arrangement combining remote work and in-person meetings. This opportunity is ideal for professionals, fresh graduates, entrepreneurs, or anyone looking to develop new skills while earning additional income.

You will build and nurture professional relationships, identify new business opportunities, expand your network, and collaborate with mentors to execute business growth strategies. As you grow, you will have opportunities to lead projects, mentor others, and develop leadership capabilities.

Comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a structured development programme are provided, making this role suitable for candidates with or without prior business development experience.
