Job Description

• Lead, manage, and motivate channel sales teams across assigned regions, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Develop and execute channel sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners to ensure effective channel management.
• Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics; monitor results and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Drive sell-in and sell-out performance across channels by identifying opportunities and optimizing distribution coverage.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure effective execution of promotions, campaigns, and in-store visibility.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure operational excellence in channel execution, including stock availability, merchandising, and compliance with brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in consumer electronics, IT hardware, or laptop industry
• Experience managing distributors, resellers, and modern trade channels
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving channel growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
