If you are someone with:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 68 years experience in channel or partnership management, with 23 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead complex partnership or financing projects across functions.
• Strong communication and senior-level negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify and secure strategic partners and build long-term relationships.
• Solid understanding of sales metrics, revenue drivers, and partnership ROI.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
• Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

And you are ready to be:

• Identify and assess strategic partners that support company goals and market opportunities.
• Lead high-level negotiations and secure mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key external partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee financing-related partnership initiatives to drive business growth.
• Ensure partnership activities contribute to sales KPIs and channel revenue targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage end-to-end partnership project delivery and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks across all partnership activities.
