Channel Development Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Channel Development Specialist located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Channel Development Specialist will focus on building and managing strong relationships with channel partners, driving sales growth through effective channel strategies, and identifying opportunities to expand the company's market presence. The role involves analyzing sales performance, improving channel partner engagement, and collaborating closely with internal teams to meet business objectives.

• Strong skills in Channel Sales, Sales, and Channel Partners management
• Excellent Communication skills tailored to building and maintaining partnerships
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate channel performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in channel development or sales is an advantage
• Familiarity with the technology or IoT industry is a plus
• Strong time management and organizational skills
