About The Role
Manage and develop channel merchandising strategies in accordance with company policies to ensure optimal product availability and performance in each distribution channel and support the company's sales growth.
What will you be doing
- Manage merchandising channel development planning to ensure channel strategy aligns with target markets and business.
- Set channel development priorities to support sales growth.
- Control the implementation of merchandising strategies across each channel to ensure consistent and effective product execution.
- Coordinate channel activities with relevant teams to ensure product availability and performance.
- Evaluate channel performance periodically to ensure strategy effectiveness and target achievement.
- Review the consistency of merchandising execution across channels to maintain brand and product standards.
- Determine channel strategy improvements and developments to increase channel contribution to sales.
- Provide channel optimization recommendations to management to support business expansion and growth.
What do we look for
- S1 Management, Business, or Marketing
- Minimum 46 years in channel development/business development.
- Knowledge & Skill : Channel Strategy & Business Development, Negotiation & Partnership Management, Market Research, Team Leadership.
- Placement : Head Office Kawan Lama Group, West Jakarta.
