Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Digital Channel & Activation Specialist to manage and optimize our presence across metasearch platforms (e.g., Google My Business) and execute digital activation programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate listings, monitoring digital performance, and driving localized engagement through online contests, campaigns, and community initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure complete and optimized listings across all metasearch and location-based platforms with Google Business Profile/Google my Business as a main channel.
- Maintain accuracy of hotel information, photos, coordinates, pricing links, and operational details.
- Collaborate with CRM team, operations, and tech teams to launch and monitor digital activation programs (e.g., referral contests, UGC campaigns, promo code pushes).
- Monitor listing health scores, user engagement metrics, and activation campaign results.
- Follow up with communities and partners post-activation to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Track channel-specific performance and create weekly operational reports.
- Identify inconsistencies or growth opportunities using structured analysis.
Requirements
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, and data cleaning techniques.
- Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and data-driven decisions.
- Highly logical thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Experience managing digital listings or online presence across Google My Business, or directory platforms is a plus.
- Experience running online activation campaigns (contests, engagement pushes, UGC drives) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
