Job Description

Responsibilities

Planning & Rollout

  • Develop detailed activation plans, timelines, and budgets for offline events.
  • Align activation plans with overall brand and trade marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Brand, CRM, Compliance) to ensure flawless execution.

Event Execution

  • Organize and manage BTL activations, including sponsorships, roadshows, product sampling, and direct marketing campaigns.
  • Supervise third-party agencies, vendors, and promoters to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal guidelines, especially for restricted categories (e.g., tobacco/vape).

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track effectiveness of activation campaigns against KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion).
  • Provide post-event evaluations, consumer feedback, and ROI analysis.
  • Recommend improvements for future activations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in event management, trade marketing, or BTL activations (FMCG, lifestyle, or tobacco/vape industry preferred).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Creative mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site during events.
