  • We are seeking a strategic and adaptable Change Manager to enable effective planning, readiness, and sustained adoption of transformation initiatives at speed.
  • Reporting to Head of Strategic Transformation, the role focuses on driving leadership alignment, readiness, adoption, and integration of new ways of working, including AI and digital transformation.

  • Strong diagnostic mindset to interpret signals and anticipate adoption risks

  • Bias for action with disciplined execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities and evolving contexts

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management within complex, matrixed environments
  • Proven experience in readiness assessment, workforce transition, and adoption of new ways of working
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (advanced degree is an advantage)
  • Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is an advantage
  • Exposure to AI, digital transformation, automation, or future-of-work initiatives preferred
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional leadership teams
  • Strong understanding of change saturation and local market execution

  • Lead and deliver local change management activities as part of the Transformation Office
  • Translate transformation priorities into localized, actionable change plans aligned with business needs
  • Assess impact, readiness, resistance, and change saturation across initiatives
  • Develop and execute targeted change strategies to drive adoption and integration
  • Align with leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated execution
  • Enable leaders to effectively communicate and reinforce transformation priorities
  • Monitor stakeholder sentiment and adoption risks recommend timely interventions
  • Support capability-building and embed sustainable change into day-to-day operations
